Concise, informative and what I needed.

I completed this book after starting to hear more and more out there about intermittent fasting. For me, it has ALWAYS been easier to not eat anything for a period of time than it was to eat small amounts spread out, so I was delighted that what would be more effective for me IS in fact a good method. I previously never wanted to fast because I always heard the usual advice about how bad it was to go more than 2-3 hours without eating a small amount throughout my day. Eating small amounts spread out is really tough for me. Every time I implemented a plan to eat all spread out, I'd not be able to sustain it because I obsessed about when I could eat something next and I obsessed over how difficult it was to keep my portions small and about how hungry I was and how I didn't want to stop at just 12 almonds. I had trouble redirecting my mind from the snack times. The effort level required for me to do that was exhausting. Somehow, I'm less hungry when fasting and my mind is not obsessing over food nearly as much! I look forward to eating NO DOUBT, but I'm handling the stretches of time so much better than if I were trying to get in all of those small meals and trying to keep the portions small. I feel great too! I liked the easy read of this book and the various options provided. I'm grateful for the good concise instruction on implementing something that feels more right for me than anything I've looked at for weight loss in a long time.

I have no idea how intermittent fasting works and I have heard so many things about it. That is why I searched some reference and saw this book. The author did a great job in providing all the information needed on knowing intermittent fasting. I have learned that this method is very simple unlike others because it doesn’t require much
effort to plan the quantity, quality and timing of meals. Different kinds of intermittent fasting are also discussed you can choose one of the diets according to your preference. There may be a lot of failures when doing this diet but the author did a great job in giving reasons why would someone fail and help you to know the right thing to do. Recommended!
